(Richard Singer) - This record was originally going to be an EP, but then it got too big to be one, it will fit on a miniCD, though. Maybe it's just because of the tracks... Anyways, no one really heard much of my old stuff, so I can't really say much about the "fan reaction", but I remember Chris Wood liked it. I played this one at the teen club, Club 180 a lot, so a lot of kids heard it and didn't know what in the heck it was, but some of them liked it. I never told them it was me, I was too ashamed, back then I wanted to produced "real-sounding" music, and that's all I was determined to do, well Audio Manga never kicked it for me. The thing that's significant about Alphabetic Rare Wear, however, is that I was finally able to develop to concept of style in my music.

Inspired by Joy Electric, RadioHead, Blaster the Rocket Man, Perelandra by C. S. Lewis, and The Hastrman (an EXCELLENT short story)

There really isn't any art from this record, I didn't make much back then. But I'll see what I can dig up in a few days here...
